A new OEM bumper in North America comes pre-primed (not painted) and it will require to be painted.

However if you are willing to go all out and get a factory painted bumper, it will need to be obtained from Lexus Japan.

Since I'm after F-Sport rear and sides which are only available from Lexus Japan, I'm in contact with two possible sources which can get them from there.

^ Wrong. You can get front and rear bumpers painted from Sewell for about $600 shipped for the IS at least.

In any case, I saw a rear bumper for white IS on craigs list in the Charlotte area. GL.

Actually, I am right. Sewell get them unpainted and send them to a paint shop to have it painted (Sewell does not actually paint them), therefore it is hand painted, not factory painted from Lexus Japan which is painted by robot, which is what I am referring to.

Factory painted bumpers are only available from Lexus Japan if you can find a source.
