im returning all of my lighting to stock because id rather not deal with any future issues that might come up with aftermarket HIDs

The Garax bulbs should be a good match for you. I had the same issue, but I went with Mtec bulbs (relatively similar color, Garax were a little less blue I think)

Do these bulbs include the ballast or is it just the bulbs?

these are just HID bulbs without the ballast
