Are they hard to install? So tempting to just say "sold" after seeing that picture. Will they fit 06 IS250 and is it plug n play hence oem.

very easy to install, it will fit the 06 250 if you already have the OEM HID setup. Basically plug and play, there is also a DIY on this forum.

I don't have oem hids. just the stock non hids

^ you'll need a ballast / aka HID kit.
