I've seen about 4 of these go up for sale in the last month or so. Is the intake too loud?

I have the K&N and the sound is awesome.... well was awesome until I put the Sikky/ISS forged exhaust combo on. Definitely worth buying.

How many miles are on this bad boy? Does it take away from the duel stage intake?
