try them.... all ebay sellers say its new... but umm... in reality... it has been programmed before... they may look new... you can get new shells easily...
so yeah... it's really just your call..

I ordered 5 of them since I rebuild these cars. All worked as promised. I have the Toyota computer to reprogram these, I didn't need to reprogram them all. Any used one will work, the only pain is you need to reset all of them if your going to add a used one on. If you add a new or reman one then you can just add it to the exsisting ones. I mean I'm just sharing the info I know from working on these everyday and telling what I know, last piece of advice, what you have isn't gold...
