WTT: Stock Powder Coated Rims glossy black for stock rims

I have glossy black powder coated rims for regular stock rims. has to be the same style rim. has a little bit of curb rash but not that much. i am going to paint them a different color so i would have to paint over the black anyway. you must be able to pay for the swap. If these are powder coated glossy black, what do you mean you're going to repaint them? Do you mean re-powder coat them? Powder coat and painting two different things, just thought to clear up some confusion.
