Talking FS: Brand New GT-Spec Strut Bar for IS250

Hey Folks,

As some of you know i am parting out my parts and trade in my car very soon. I got a Brand New GT-Spec Strut Bar sitting in my garage. Bought it a month ago, i was thinking to install the coils and put the struct bar on together. But now i am trading in my car, so i have no use for it now

Thats a nice strut. would of bought it but i got one. Some one should pick it up its a good price.

this doesn't clear the side engine covers right?

for the side i believe you might need to shim a little bit, i haven't get a chance to mount on it, so i am not really sure. But after some research looks like some ppl shim a little bit on the side and some ppl don't have to. So sorry that i can't answer your question exactly.

It doesnt clear it so you need to trim a little off. I didnt want to, but I had to take a dremel to my carbon fiber engine bay covers. Oh did that hurt. I believe I have pic if that will help but yes you have a little trimming to do. Nothing to hard. IM not trying to jack your thread or anything but i have one pic with the strut and the engine cover.

Thanks a lot for the detail information, since this strut bar is brand new still in box so i really don't know will clear the engine cover or not, but i did some research and concluded with need some trim work on the side of the cover. Now it helps a lot with your detail information.
