orrr i already did and wouldnt mind a second one so i can attempt to fabricate my own grill. just a thought.

Dont know what type of primer, paint or cLear to use.

Just do it yourself! I just had mine painted two days ago. It was easy and only took me like 2 hours. I used a brand called Dupli-color. I sanded down the chrome first, then a layer of dupli-color primer, and 4-5 layers of paints, and two layers of clear coats. It came out great!
