Default Electrical problems with IS - Window switch

There seems to be an electrical problem with the window switch wiring. When I try to open the rear right passenger window from the driver switches, it doesnt work so i have to use the switch in the rear to open/close the window. After i use the rear switch the driver switch begins to work again. Anyone having this problem?

plus, the engine coolant (pink stuff) seems low. the plastic coolant holder isnt completely filled; should i fill it? if so, with what? (not the green stuff, right)

first thing is that this is the wrong section... i'm thinkin the mods will move it soon.

not too sure about the electrical but i know that the engine coolant needs to be the toyota brand engine coolant... so not the green stuff.

go to each window individually and roll them all the way up and down and that should fix it. it happens whenever you disconnect your car battery.
