Up for sale are my used Tein CS coilovers that have been sitting in my garage for the last 8 months. The Teins are great and ride smooth as stock (IMO), but didn't go as low as I wanted, so they were replaced with Megans. The coilovers are used, so I will rate them as "good condition" (see pics). I'm asking $650 (local buyers preferred) that will meet. For those whom I've met, purchased or sold to on CL, can you "vouch" for me per rules in the classifieds.

I think it only had a few more threads to be at full slam. It was flush with the front, and tucked 1/2 finger in the back when I had them on. I'm located in Cerritos.

I am still running the stock setup and want to eventually move to coilovers. How is the realistic ride quality at the setting where you are now? I would do the same drop but flush with the top of the tires. This is something most people do not explain when selling these. I have gone with lowering springs in the past on several cars and liked the handling and look....but the ride quality went out the door. Any explanation would be very helpful. Thanks!

Well, I know people will tell you to search the topic, but to keep it quick and simple, nothing will be the same as stock (IMO)...especially when running 30 series tires and aftermarket suspension. I've had the Eibach's and Tein Coilovers, and would say the ride quality of both were the same as stock(floaty). Keep in mind, with the Teins and Megans you can adjust ride height and damper settings (controls the travel speed and resistance of the shock). Comparing the two, Teins ride smoother than Megans. If both dampers were set to the softest setting, the Teins would be compared to the Eibachs. Handling, I couldn't tell you, since I dont track my track. But I can say that it does hug corners sitting low. Hope this helps...$650 anyone?
