That also brings up a good point mikerx.

C MACH - Did you have this in a 250 or 350? And if it was a 350 did you have any issues with the VDIM/LSD compatability.

I'm still interested but waiting on a phone call from the Foreman @ my local dealership to see if the VDIM will go nutz with the LSD installed. The 250's don't have VDIM. I know Toms calls for 250 &350 but I've read somewhere(?) that the 350's have problems with the setup.

I don't know if I agree with that.....

If anything, it would be less effective for drifting, because you would have 2 tires gripping instead of 1, thus making it more difficult to burnout

But, it does allow for 2-wheel burnouts instead of 1-wheel burnouts.

The lsd can be for drifting but it is not necessarily for that particular reason. However drifting works better with an lsd because it puts power to both wheels instead of making one wheel dead weight. It is kind of hard to do a peg leg burn out. Hopefully this makes sense.
