Problem,

Last night left car in parking lot. I beleive KEY FOB battery shot. Took a while found pop off access cover for mechanical key to open door.

1. Did not know how to use mechanical , once inside car, to start car.
2. Can I and how do you change battery in remote? Does it need reprogramed?

Help my car won't start. REgular car battery is strong.

pop the covers... change it... done... and you're in the wrong forum.... you can't use manual key to start the car anyway..

Before it's moved or locked, you may want to try holding the key fob next to the start/stop button. That worked for me for a solid week or so - replaced the battery before it died completely.
