Do you have pics of these?? I might be interested. I had my TSIB done a while ago and I dont really like the pads they feel way too soft for me. And the dust is still there LOL Ive used the green pads before and I liked them. If Im right is the red pads just a little more aggressive correct?

Rear box says 250 because they will fit a 250. Front box says GS300/430. The reason they are marked that way is because these pads are English and in the UK they don"t have a 350. Rest assured these are the proper pads. I've already installed a set on my car myself.
