Sorry - I dont know anything about the Tanabe exhaust.
Sorry no sounds specifics - its not very loud - its pretty low key and you cant really hear it in the car unlike the HKS exhaust. There is some noise and HP gain, but its more for street cruising than racing.

Sorry they are not from the factory -
You will have to do one of the following:
Have a shop band the TPMS around the hoop
Have a shop drill a hole opening on the inner rim to accept the TPMS
There are some companies like Ashanti that have a TPMS adapter you can buy.

UPDATE - Coilovers are sold
HKS exhaust should be picked up this Friday and Espelir Exhaust is supossed to be picked up today thanks!
