Received as a replacement but was painted the wrong color. I don't want to go through the hassle of having it repainted. I think the color is Tungsten Pearl but I am not 100% sure. You be the judge. I only took it out of the box to take pictures of it and mounted it on the car to ensure perfect fitment. Fits great. It is now boxed up and ready to be shipped.

is there 3m tape or do i need to drill?

IMO, heavy duty outdoor 3M tape will hold just as well drilling. I have a lip spoiler on my acura TL that is being held with 3M tape. 2 years and there is absolutely no lifting from the weather at all. Better than drilling holes into the trunk. Unfortunately, this spoiler doesn't have 3M tape on the bottom of it, but you can purchase it for a couple of bucks at any hardware store. I'll send you more pictures if you're interested.
