99 front and rear bumper black w/ few minor scratches(you name a price i really don't know how much these are worth)

the garnish was shipped to me in toyota japan box so it may very well be a factory item.it is good quality, has double sided tape attached to it already.
about the bumper, it does not have holes in it for the front license plate.....you will have to paint it though the body shop managed to put a few complimentry scratches on it
