Default Anyone have hookups on a real wood dash kit for Nak GS400?

www.exoticwooddash.com sells the kit for the Nak GS400 for $250.00. Anyone here have any hookups to get the same kit or equivalent - real wood for less than that price?

Anyone selling this used?

Hi Richie, thanks for the suggestion. Do you know his email address? If you do, please send me a pm letting me know.

He has disabled private messaging to himself, so I cannot send him a PM.

Hey Stella,

I don't know if you have seen this kit installed on a GS in person, but after talking to Manaray who has seen it in person installed in a GS, he says it looks like crap. It looks exactly like what it is - big stickers installed on your dash.

That visual (big fat stickers) has completely turned me off and I will NOT do this mod. Just my 2 cents.

Yes we are talking about the same thing. I was also impressed by the pics, however Manaray said he has actually seen it in person in someones car, and it looks like crap.

In the pics, it definitely looks good, but not in person. Like I said before, Manaray said it is very obvious when you look at it that it looks like fat wood stickers...........

ive seen it in person also when i bought the kits. when manaray saw them did the person install them themselves?? maybe thats why they look like crap. like the guy told me when i bought them that if i have patience and a hair dryer i can mold all the parts perfectly to fit. but i would never do that. and i called a few places that install them besides the dealership so im going to get it professionally done. worse comes to worse if i dont like it ill have it removed. its only stickers. but ask manaray before you knock it because i really think it does a nice touch to the interior of the car. or maybe that particular website has cheap knockoff stickers and thats why it looks so tacky. these are from the dealership. i duno.

If you have seen it and it looks good, then all by means go ahead. I am now not convinced and I need to see it in person before I do this mod.

Check out this website for more kits http://www.woodtrim.com

Hameed,

Go to ur lexus dealer, they might have a car with the wood kit. My lexus dealer has the GS in the showroom with the wood kit and it looks just like the OEM wood pieces.
