No, I've been burned with big shipping fees before. I'd expect typical ground shipping in US to be less than $12.

Is this out of a Sport Design?

Yes it came out of my much loved 01 Sport Design with that lovely black walnut wood interior. I had put in an aftermarket Head Unit a year before someone crossed the yellow line and totalled it. Luckily I and kids not hurt.
The Head Unit worked perfectly before it was removed. That was around 2011, so it had about ten years usage.
