Will the HKS axle backs fit GS300 99'. Still kinda new so not sure on pipe diameter between the models. If so are they still available?

Yes, the HKS exhaust will fit 1998-2005 GS300/400/430. And yes, they are still available

Actually it was from a UK-spec GS430 (RHD as well), but it's since been sold.
