Hey man, might want to check out I17 Auto Recyclers...they specialize in Lexus models and are pretty reasonably priced. I picked up a driver side door from them. Here is their facebook, might be worth giving them a call.

I found a shift **** but I am still in the market for a center console lid and also a driver seat.
