trunk lid garnish/handle, and just the shift bezel trim shipped to 84020? on both items color/model doesn't matter as long as no damage to clips

chrome shift bezel trim, and trunk garnish. 85 shipped for both.

Is the Front driver side door outside Lower Molding still available? If so,how much shipped to 60490? I attached an image for reference...item needed highlighted in yellow.
