I was literally about to buy one on ebay because my dimming feature stopped working.

No sorry, I beleive its priced pretty fairly as is so an extra ten il ship it for 69.

Yes it is. This will work on all 98-00 models no problem.

It's 75 shipped on ebay...So I can't complain...it was just worth a shot lol.
