For the VVTi engines you can only put on 1 cam gear on the exhaust side...

properly tuned, this mod yeilds 7-9hp to the wheels... and improves throttle responce...

from the i-m-racing website it says that -4 mark (-8 degrees) will yield the most gains. Is that the same with every GS and IS?
