FS: Used Starter (Needs Rebuilt)
I have a used OEM starter for a 1998 Leuxs GS 400 with 180,000 miles on it. The starter was still working intermittently when I replaced it last week, though it seemed to be on its last legs. This starter definitely needs rebuilt.
You can buy the rebuild kit from Sewell for $79 (includes 2 new intake gaskets) or have the starter rebuilt at a shop.
A rebuilt starter from Sewell goes for $192.83 (28100). There is another entry on the same page for a Yoke Assmebly Starter at $171.03, but I am not sure what that is.
I will be selling my used starter for $65 plus shipping.
I also have two used intake gaskets with the same mileage that I will include with the starter.
