If it is indeed for a JZS161 chassis then yes, it WILL fit over 300/400/430 engine covers. These are rare and I have never see one that was a raw Carbing.
I have the Carson one which is a rebranded Carbing and it fits fine one my 4.3.

Thanks guys, I'm working on finding a test vehicle to confirm fitment. Going to try to have this done Monday/Tuesday if I can.
I've had a lot of interest in this, and I'd like to stay in order of who contacted me. I'll be responding to PM's now.
Hard to tell if it will clear the stock covers, the only GS I could find was 70+ year old doctor I hadn't talked to in over a year... I didn't want to take too much of his time.
I can still provide detailed measurements if need.
