I have a factory HID Headlight for sale came off of a 2000 GS400 it has a broken tab which i believe you can replace with part# 81158 (please see the sewell link i put below to reference the part)

The small guide on the top is broken too which you can see in the pictures, its not needed to secure the headlamp for installation but used as a guide when inserting it. Its not needed but If you do want to repair it you can pick it up from any auto parts shop.

The lenses have no oxidation and are in great condition, there is a small scuff which can only be seen upclose and you may be able to see it in the pictures but it can probably be buffed out. Comes with the ballast and factory bulbs. I tested it and it is functional.
