Some people just don't like to deal with paypal due to the fees. I usually just tell the buyer to cover the 2.9% fee if it's a high dollar item. I know the seller, and he's legit lol. He's not going to pull a fast one on you.
I know the seller personally also. I bought my wheels from him and anyone that has actually been on here knows that he has bought/sold plenty of things without problems. He doesn't like PayPal because there are so many scams through it. Just send him a bank money order and call it a day.
