Are you sure that you need all of these parts? Do you have the CEL codes? Could be a simple thing such as o2 sensors.

Here are the codes that showed up;

P0420
P1120
P1121

P1120 and P1121 both have to do with the Throttle Position Sensor. Something completely separate from the exhaust. The P0420 code has to do with the bank 1 cat. (Driver Side)

I received the same code back in December for the bank 1 cat. The dealership wanted upwards of $3k to change everything. Discovered myself that it was an exhaust leak right after the cat. $20 later and I was on my way. The CEL turned off by itself.
