Anyone Want to Trade Diff's?
Hey guys, I've got a 3.92 GS300 diff on my car right now and the higher gear ratio makes this car fast!!! But i need to start bringing my car back to stock now.
Just wondering if anybody out there want's to trade a their stock 3.23 diff for my 3.92 diff?

Shorter gears= faster acceleration until the end of that gear, and less top end (lower top speed)
This would make the car faster at certain speeds, 0-57 or so would be quicker than a stock gs400 but I believe it has to shift again before it hits 60 so might be the same as a gs400, but then it would theoretically speed up again quicker. definitely would feel faster and make the car more fun to drive, but to answer your question, yes it would be faster (to certain speeds, and overall) than a stock diff.

My next set of rear tires on my GS4 will be 275-35-19 instead of the proper plus size with 30 series. Im doing that to fill some rear wheel gap and cushion the ride a bit. Im dropped with NF210's. I was considering the GS3 diff. Too bad you werent closer to the midwest.
