I changed my oil today and noticed that the plasitc nipple on the intake pipe is broken. please lmk if ya have your old intake laying around in the garage.

my pipe just by the throttle cracked when I was pulling it off to change my spark plugs I used some thick rubber tape almost like tar... so far so good. Good luck with your quest.

Yes it does..

I didn't realize how fragile/brittle the nipple on that piece must be, as I have looked at a few other threads of this happening after it broke in shipment. I never searched it previously since mine had never broken, wasn't something I really thought about..

I refunded the purchase price back to GS3oomania so all is well, but he still needs a new one!

Somebody please help him out, I know there are lots of other people out there with aftermarket intakes that have this piece laying around...

I have a used K&N cold air intake kit I will sell for $150 that will eliminate filter box/resonator. It was installed on my car for about 4 months, took it off because I didn't like the increased noise during acceleration.
