You say you want to upgrade from Supra TT brakes, but how far do you want to go?
I have an Endless 6-pot front BBK (with double "inch up" to 345mm) that I pulled off an SC300 that was built for show. They're not inexpensive though.
Here's the specs from the website:

^^ if you follow the embedded link within (for "applications"), you'll see they list new at around $4500 for the complete front set.
