F/S SPW HID system
Plug and play. It has a hella ballast. 7500k bulbs, new, retail is 550, asking 350, bulb size is 9006.

is this the hole headlight... could i use it to convert a 98-00 GS w/o HIDS to one w/ hids...

i think it's just the bulbs + ballasts

Yes you can upgrade the non hid to hid's. Its still new.
