I believe you have to cut or bend your dust shield, which shouldn't be a problem.. Other than that, it should bolt right on. Here's some info on whether or not to get new bolts. Some people recommend it, others don't, it's your pick.

OP....you should clarify if all the parts are there...I dont see the spring plate to keep the pads in place.

I have the early 3gen 5 spoke GS rims and Supra TT brakes, they do not clear, I need a 10mm spacer to clear. LS400 brakes are supposed to be similar size, but a little smaller than Supra TT brakes. You might get away with a 5mm spacer, but you're going to need a spacer nonetheless.
