u can usually get them made pham or buy them from the manufacturor BUT and no im not accusing you OP but typically when you DONT have the harness's these things are stolen (although i dont see the typical scratches on it you normally see when they are)

This looks like a Pioneer U310bt, I believe you'll need 2 harness, gps intenna, and mic. You can buy a new one for around 300 or less. The price of the harness+ intenna will cost you aound $100 itself. Here a link from amazon
