Wtb gs400 coilovers

Looking for some coilovers for my 99 gs400. I'm located in chicago. Also, i have a set of work vs-xx wheels, 19x9.5 +28 and 19x10.5 +29. Im pretty sure i have to roll the fenders, what else do you guys think i have to do? What tire size should i go with? I would really appreciate some info and opinions. Thanks guys
