This is %100 JDM I brought it back with me on my last trip....I paid over $1800 for the compleate set..... it is primed white and ready to be painted your matching color %100 new.....

It should fit the borla tip ! that is becasue it is the same size as the stock if not even bigger, I'm sure when they designed it they had aftermarket mufllers in mind...tell me if you are interested ! my phone number is above CALL me.
