He has them but ultimately decided not to sell them.
I need someone who is firm on selling, not 'thinking' about it

I know you said no Tein but I have a set of rare Tein RA in my garage I'm not using. I think it's the only set in the US.

he was supposed to sell them to me since im semi local, i was gonna drive up there and swap them. we talked for a week then he was like, im selling them to a local guy

he was firm....i thought. i was making plans to drive up there and then come home then was shocked to see he had a "local" buyer. i dunno, i felt shorted

My budget? I have my hands on something else right now
My friend is looking to spend about $1000. He wants to replace his Tein CSv1 on his GS. Used/New, doesn't matter as long as it's not leaking and such.
