I have a pair of H and R lowering springs for the front and a pair of stock springs for the back. Both pairs are the complete assembly and come with shocks, struts, and everything else. See pics. They were on my 1999 GS300 but I think they fit 98-05. You need to double check on that though. I'll be honest, I don't know the exact mileage on them, I just took them off my car and put stock springs all around. $70 OBO and they're yours. I sold my car so I no longer need these. That's right, 70 for all four.

The drop was pretty low. I'd say anywhere from an 1-2.5 inches. I don't have an exact number, I'm sorry. I don't know much about them, I'm probably even under selling them. As for pics, I had them on my phone but they got erased.
