It does fit, but you need to use spacers.

Same problem here...recently purhcased a TRD STB from a fellow member here but I'm having problems installing it. I guess I have to take a trip to my local hardware store.

I believe so according to "milky" ... I haven't tried it though. I swear I thought that this is a complete bolt on ?
