According to jbrady, the inside and the outside are coated with Jet Hot. Judging from all the reviews of JetHot, most guys seems to have a cooler engine bay with the coating.

yeah but i contacted jethot to see how much they wanted to coat a set of uncoated headers and it was 285 WITH the 50 off coupon they gave me
