Remember guys if u have a 98-00 u will need the 01-05 GS or RX airbag to be it will be a direct fit. As far as Airbags, the 98-00 is a single stage airbag, the 01-05 is a 2 stage airbag. For the wiring, I don't know how it would be wired up. Thanks.

I thought all GS's after 01 had tiptronic. Also, I dont think the GS steering wheel has the bumps for the fingers. I believe this wheel is from a SC430. It will work with a GS though.

you have it all confused. 2001-2005 GS430 never came with tiptronic, only on the GS400 and the GS300 did on certain years. The SC430, GS and RX all came with the bumps for the fingers on the steering wheel. You must be thinking of the 2002-up ES300 steering wheel it came without the bumps for the steering wheel.

This was unnecessary but thanks for clearing that up. That sucks that the 400 & 01+ 300 got it but nothing else. I wonder why they didnt just put it on all the 01+ cars.

Still for sale?? Also I have an 01' GS430 The wood looks a little lighter in my interior vs. the wheel you have? Could be the picture or lighting?? And im assuming this wheel retains all the factory steering wheel controls?

Let me know. Thanks

Still for sale. It could be the lighting, it is very hard to get the exact color of an image with out proper lighting. I have a 6.1 mp camera.....not too good. Yes it will retain all factory controls, all you have to do is swap it over.

This woodgrain wheel upgrade will look and feel better than the non-woood wheel.

Somebody buy this. Its very cheap for a wood wheel. I have one myself, and believe me, I would never go back to regular leather.
