WTB: 2JZGTE VVTI ECU and HARNESS!!

Yea, it's going to be a tough find for both of those items, the harness more than the ecu I think. The problem is that since that motor was never made for any sort of U.S application the only things that come over here are complete swaps that no one will separate.
You could try Yahoo auctions Japan and work through a importer. It's not going to be cheap but you will be able to get your parts.
Try Here for a translation app (just cut and paste the ady of the web page)
and Here to get to the auctions (yahoo auctions japan, searching for jzs161 works well)
and then just find an importer you are comfortable with.
