Hello guys as the title states i was a victim of a hit and run. I was parked on a street attending a Halloween party and some guy slammed into me, it took out my driver side fender, hood, headlight and damaged my bumper and bumper support. I posted pictures so you can see the damage, i fixed it to look like just a dent, the whole left side was crushed in. It was crushed to the point where the tire was rubbing on the inner fender wall, i pulled it out with ratchet straps and a crowbar and banged out the dents. Liability insurance only

The inner Fender was rubbing the left tire i had to cut and remove the splash guard and straighten the damage to run,

It maybe easier to get a carbon fiber hood, since hoods aren't posted often on here. If you don't mind going to pick-a-part junk yards, start calling around. There are a ton of them around LA area (I see a Cali license plate). You might get lucky and find a GS that is the same color. If not, at least you'll be able to get all the parts that you need. Just look for one that is rear ended. Best of luck dude.

I have a perfect silver hood, and possibly front fenders and headlights. Im contimplating what I want to do....the hood is for sure though.

Damn man, thats 5-6K worth of damage. That suck.

Can't have liability only on these cars, they are way too expensive to repair.

I had full coverage for 3 years and nothing went wrong, so when times went rough i decided to lower it to liability. it was a big no no i even bang my head now, and i am aware how much it is to repair, i wish they would've left me a note , yeah right they would leave a note. (3k in damages)


Well, mostly i want to get parts that are laying around peoples garages, i will take any condition just let me know a price, the list for parts are as follows:

Left fender
Hood
Bumper cover
Bumper support
Left headlight Non-HID
Small portion of the core support

i went to an alignment shop, he checked for frame damage No show, he said it was just that he happen to hit it at the weak point of the car and thats why the damage was done, but as far as it goes its about $700 to straighten that portion of the frame and i just need to find the parts to repair, not to mention the $500++ in paint alone

Thank you all for feeling my anguish, I feel like pounding the guy or girl (i would ask her on a date then i would ask her to fix my car) who caused the damage, and getting my car fixed, i feel so betrayed and as if someone just stabbed me in the back. Thanks again.
