there is a chunk of welding slag on the top blade in the corner as shown. i've been fighting so long to get this thing properly repaired after it got damaged, only to have something else happen to it. thinking about sending it back for a third time, not sure if i want to keep going on like this anymore 
i don't know what to ask for it. $880 new is what carson toyota is selling them for if they had it in stock. open to realistic offers.

i'm sorry about the poor quality pics. it was done with a camera phone.
shop has agreed to refinish it again for the 3rd time now, but i'm not sure if i want to go through the trouble and expense to redo it... maybe i'll give it another week i dunno

is the grill even black chrome? I thought thats what you were going for? wassup with the welding slag? Addtl expense to do it again? I would think this should be re-done for free...since that shop didn't do it right in the first place.

i've decided to send it back.... again.
and it looks like gs400 civi may have flaked on me... not 100% certain since he's not answering my pm's but he's posting elsewhere. oh well.
so armrest is still for sale.

everyone is calling dibs because i keep getting promised it's done and will be delivered and something always goes wrong and i have nothing to sell.
$880usd new is what carson toyota advertises it for, but getting stock from JP in japan has been slow the last time i asked. not sure if it's because of low inventory or a change of supplier.
mine was originally anodized black with polished blade tips. unfortunately it didn't hold up to outdoor conditions (i have no garage) and it tarnished on me... so i had decided to get it refinished in black chrome, but bad luck struck and 8 months of hell subsequently followed me to this point... i don't even have my gs anymore
