If you looking for the entire side mirrors (including the motor), you can go down to year 2000 as welll.....thats the first year of Millenium Silver (1CO)...but the unit is not exactly the same as 2001+ model side mirrors....but it will still plug in and work perfectly.
Basically, 98-00 side mirrors were redesigned....but they will fit in 01+ models (entire unit).

If you buy the entire unit....all years will plug and play with each other.
For 2001+ year models....the shell and motors changed.....so you cannot buy 98 shell to fit with 01+ motor....the mounting locations are different.
