Rock, he has a valid reason to be upset, regardless of the amount. I have concerns about your continuing to sell on our forum if you immediately write off a refund to someone like this when you've sold them something that is clearly different than what you advertised - whether you knew about it or not.

Tamr_gus, your initial communication to Rock was neither appropriate nor polite and clearly violates our forum rules on cursing and feedback. Do something like this again and you WILL lose your access to the classifieds. We have a buy/sell feedback forum for feedback AFTER you try as mature adults to solve the issue in private. What you did is not appropriate and if you eventually don't get a refund, you need to understand part of fault / reason is your approach to cursing and badmouthing in public right off the bat.

Guys, you both have some valid points here with this issue. Take some time to cool down and then work this out in PM. DO NOT PM ME about it, PM each other. Politely.
