WTB : Black cover under the car

What's up guys,
I need to get my hands on the cover under the engine for a GS300 98. If anyone has one for sale used or new please let me know a price. I can't take the drag anymore.

No one on the east coast has a GS 98 wrecked that can part with this cover? Come on guys help me out. Please.
