1sick... i know u have to know this, but the doors pieces from japan wont match the center from the sport design like u have pictured. i picked up the door inserts myself, but will probably have the stock pieces done with hydrographics so that everything matches.... but good luck

Sorry to thread jack the op but I did some searching and saw the same. I was going to get the shift **** from carson and hydrographic the rest of my stock center console/door inserts. My question is are there multiple places stateside that provide this service and the ballpark pricing? I've seen that the shade is slightly off when getting hydrographics done though compared to the original oem stuff.

Sick, why don't you check with Bob-socalsc4 about having it refinish?

Since those are real wood pieces, find a greywood stain and have them refinish.

I'm sure he can lend a hand from his shop

I've been wanting to do this too, just unsure how to seal it to get that high gloss look. I wonder if it's a special clear polyurethane you apply over the greywood when you're done staining.

I like black wood a lot too, but was just wondering if the wood pieces can be refinished into something like brushed aluminum with real metal so when you touch it it's cold... (or very hot after exposing under a summer sun )
