The center of the grill sticks out I remember you have to do a little cutting to make it fit perfect.

i feel for u bro i crashed my 01 gs430 into 2 trees less than 1 month after i got it... it wasnt totalled tho.. :-( ill take the srt intake and ecu if it'll fit my 430... pm me if still avaailable
