I havent decided to sell the Aegis or not yet. If I were to, it would be after the GS is sold. I want to leave options for the buyer of the GS

As for the RMM parts, unless a buyer comes along and does not want the RMM stuff....then I may think about parting it out, but as of right now I would prefer to keep it as is.
